American boxing legend Floyd Mayweather Jr is snapping up real estate in NYC, Chicago and beyond. He's partnering with major players, including 601W and Go Partners — itself a JV of Meyer Orbach's and Josh Gotlib's firms. He's inking eye-popping acquisitions, notably a $400M affordable multifamily deal with Gotlib's Black Spruce Management. And he recently launched his own real estate investment firm Vada Properties.
